Core Beliefs
The Foundry Men’s Ministry is not a church and does
not replace the local church.
We are a ministry of men helping men pursue Christ together.
We gather across church backgrounds while holding firmly to biblical truth, majoring on the essentials of the Gospel, and encouraging one another toward maturity in Christ.
Our desire is to build men who are rooted in Scripture, strengthened through brotherhood, and sent into their homes, churches, workplaces, and communities as faithful ambassadors of Jesus Christ.
We believe too many men drift through life spiritually passive, isolated, distracted, and disconnected from God’s mission.
The Foundry exists to call men out of drifting and into intentional discipleship—to help men be shaped by God’s Word, sharpened by other believers, and ultimately forged for a purpose.

The Scriptures (Bible)
We believe the Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments,
is the inspired, inerrant, sufficient, and authoritative Word of God.
Scripture is our final authority for faith, doctrine, and daily living.

We believe there is one true and living God, eternally
existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
God is holy, sovereign, loving, just, merciful, and worthy of all worship.

Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man.
He lived a sinless life, died on the cross as the substitute
for sinners, rose bodily from the grave, ascended into
heaven, and will return again.
Jesus Christ alone is Savior and Lord.

Humanity and Sin
We believe all people are created in the image of God.
Because of sin, every person is separated from
God and in need of redemption.
No one can save himself through good works, religion,
morality, or personal effort.

Salvation
We believe salvation is entirely by God’s grace and
received through faith in Jesus Christ alone.
A person is saved not by works, but by repentance
and faith in the finished work of Christ.
Salvation produces a transformed life marked
by growing obedience, holiness, and perseverance.

Ambassadors of the Kingdom
We believe every Christian man has been called to represent
Jesus Christ in every sphere of life.
As citizens of Heaven and ambassadors for Christ, we are called to proclaim the Gospel, live distinctly from the world, disciple others, and faithfully carry the message of reconciliation.
We reject passive Christianity and seek to live with purpose,
courage, conviction, and mission.
Our mission is not merely to gather men—but to send them.
